Schneider Hospital, including embezzlement or falsification of public accounts, illegal disbursements, embezzlement by public and private officers, obtaining money by false pretenses, violation of the Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and conspiracy, the People failed to introduce sufficient evidence to convict this defendant of any of the offenses with which he was charged in the seventh amended information.
