Schneider Hospital, including embezzlement or falsification of public accounts, illegal disbursements, embezzlement by public and private officers, obtaining money by false pretenses, violation of the Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and conspiracy, the People failed to introduce sufficient evidence to convict this defendant of any of the offenses with which he was charged in the seventh amended information. Accordingly, the January 9, 2020 judgment and commitment, along with the accompanying January 2, 2020 special verdict and order of forfeiture, are reversed in their entirety, and the Superior Court is directed on remand to enter a judgment of acquittal on all counts.Attachment:
